Bak Chor Mee


This version of mee pok consists of no fish products such as fish balls or fish cakes. The noodles are often served with minced meat, pork slices, pork liver (tur kwa), sliced mushrooms, meat balls, beansprouts, bits of deep-fried lard and a slice of lettuce. More traditional hawkers will also place a few small pieces of fried crispy sole fish as garnishing.

Life seems brighter for zhiyong nowadays
and shunjie is going for an interview this week
Its good to see them happy
zhiyong have develop a strange yet special craving for bak chor mee
he has eaten 2 and a half bowls of bak chor mee this few days
he say he can eat 10 bowls if someone cook for him
